Tavern Talks – June 14th 1-3pm

The day after the Iron Bog Investiture, you are all invited to join the Bailiwick of Ivyeinrust for our monthly round of conversation on diverse topics and enjoyment of the extensive beverage list (including non-alcoholic beverages as well as many beers)

In June the conversation will wander far afield to the topic of cooking in Japan’s Momoyama period. Livia Petralia has been researching this topic for the past year and will have just returned from cooking at the Find Hungry Samurai event. This will not be a polished talk and there will not be handouts. But there are some surprising differences and I can tell you about the quest for perfect broth.
