Making Medieval Bread, Custard, and Rice Dishes – March 2011

I will be offering at least one, maybe 2 cooking weekends/workshops at my house. Folks can learn about period recipes and recipe redactions through a hands on approach. We will be making breads (sourdough and manchetts), custard, and rice dishes, which will be used at the Mudthaw feast at the end of March.
