From Lady Philadelphia Brown, February 2, 2006:
The bad news is we have no Tuesday night dancing classes scheduled at Penn in February.
The good news is we will be holding another Dancing, Music, Etc. Commons in the beautiful, large Hall of Flags in Houston Hall (3417 Spruce) on Friday, 10-Feb-06, 7-9:30 p.m.
The Bailiwick will supply disposable feast gear and some stuff to put on or in the feast gear. Additional (non-alcoholic) potables and edibles (period
or modern) would be very welcome.
A&S teachers or demonstrators highly desired. Please contact Livia at moas at ivyeinrust dot eastkingdom dot org if you’d like your specialty announced beforehand or if you have special requirements. Spontaneously bringing some A&S to work on or demonstrate would also be great.
For information on the music instruction, please contact Lady Sabine at arts at bhakail dot eastkingdom dot org.
For information on the dancing, please contact Arglwydd Dafydd at dance at bhakail dot eastkingdom dot org.
For more info, please contact Lady Philadelphia at binsteaj at upenn dot edu or 215-898-xxxx.
There is no parking attached to the site. Your best bet is metered street parking on Walnut, Chestnut, or 34th Streets. (The meters are $1/hour until
