This is an event being held at The German Society in Philadelphia, which has been generous and flexible in hosting 2 annual events for the Barony.

This is a beer-themed event. Or as they put it, a “Craft Fermented Beverage Showcase!” It is a fundraiser for the Pink Boots Society, which “aims to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.”

This event is not in any way affiliated with the SCA and no one organizing the event is a part of our Barony (as far as I know). It’s just the same venue and a cause some of us might appreciate. You have no obligation to buy a ticket or attend.
